Project Scope: Leaking roof in several areas caused California Manufacturers to seek assistance from the Columbia Division; however the economy limited the amount of money available for a roof project.  The Columbia Division developed a budget responsive approach to achieve the greatest results in their new roofing system.  By utilizing an ER System roof coating on the facility, California Manufacturers was able to solve the leaking roof challenge and obtain a 10-year warranty.

Application: Power washing of the entire roof area, followed by a spray coat of Elastic Base Coat, two coats of Eraguard top coat.  The final application will keep the interior of the building 15 to 20 degrees cooler in the summer time, providing them with a real dollar benefit.
