Project Size: 65,000 sq ft

Project Scope: Tore off existing roof down to the deck.  Installed insulation and temporary 2-ply SBS roof, installed tapered insulation and 2-ply modified SBS Johns Manville Roof.

Work needed to be completed during the summer break.  Two round areas of the roof required all insulation be sloped in all directions away from the middle of the roof.  The amount of tapered insulation applied was over 125,000 sq ft.  All new parapet walls were constructed and new gutters and downspouts were installed
