Project Scope: Tore off EPDM roof, mechanically fastened 1/2" dens deck, mechanically fasten 60 mil Sika Sarnafil membrane.

Existing insulation varied in thickness from 7" to 11" thick.  The variations were in the deck, the top of the insulation was even-making it difficult to determine correct screw length.  Removed entire wood parapet wall skin and installed new metal siding, soffit, and new front entrance.
