Project Scope: Removal and Replacement Clay Tile Roof

West End Middle School is one of the older schools in Nashville.  During the restoration we removed all of the old clay tile roof, bad wood decking, copper flashing, and gutter systems from the building.  The new roof system is a single layer of underlayment SAF and the installation of new clay tile to match the original.  All new copper flashings, gutters, downspouts, louvered vents, and wall caps were fabricated in our shop and installed by our crews.
